Welcome to Our School Mailing Page!

This page was created as a resource to help you on your path to increasing enrollment. Below, please find some steps to follow as you consider a mailing for your charter, preschool, or private school!

Choose Your Target Audience

  • Are there particular zip codes you would like to reach or are you looking to target a radius around your school (of 50 miles, for example)?

  • What age group is your school? You can choose to target families with children only within that range or include families that will be in that age range soon. For example, if your school is a middle-school, you could include families with children in 5th grade that will be looking for a middle school soon.

  • Is family income important?

Do you have a postcard ready to print, or do you need one designed?

  • The most common postcard size to mail is a 8.5”x5.5” and these will also be more affordable, but larger sizes are also available.

  • CITYMAIL offers full mailing design services. This route is preferred because our designers understand the specific printing and design requirements involved in doing a mailing, but you can also bring your own design or designer. In this case, it’s helpful to use our design faq which can be found here. Of course, you can also reach out to us for guidance.

Is your school a nonprofit? Would you like to learn more about how to become certified for nonprofit postage?

  • Nonprofit postage rates are some of the cheapest available through the USPS.

  • CITYMAIL can help you with the process of becoming certified or finding out if you qualify. You can also download and fill out the form yourself.

How Would you Like Your Mailing Sent?

  • Don’t qualify for nonprofit rates through the USPS? That’s okay—CITYMAIL can still save you money on postage!

  • Standard Postage at a rate of 27c - 29c a piece -or-

  • We can save you 20% on First Class Postage using mail automation.
