This guide is to help new clients navigate CITYMAIL’s preferred payment procedures and choose the method that works best for them!

We have many long-term clients with whom we have built a strong working history, however while we are building a relationship with new clients, our preferred methods of payment are as follows:


Check

Once cleared, we will proceed with the job.


Bank Transfer

We will provide the client with our routing and account number. All wire fees are paid by the client.


Credit Card

You can download our credit card authorization form by clicking the button below. Please note that one of the downsides to paying with this method is that postage is considered “cash,” which means credit card companies are now charging 3.25% since it will be considered a cash transaction. The client is responsible for this fee, which you will see reflected on the form.
