Design And Print
Next up is the actual design and print of your marketing mail piece. Once the design is approved it will head to one of our many commercial printing presses where it will be printed, coated, cut and prepped for ink jetting and mailing. Mailing And Postage
Once the cards are printed we process all data and sort your list for the lowest possible postage available. Whether your direct mail campaign is going out Standard Mail, First Class Mail or Non Profit Mail we will CASS Certify your database and apply an Intelligent Mail Barcode unique to each piece that is processed to speed up delivery and bring your postage costs down to the bare minimum.
There are always a few ways to approach a mailing. It is our job to do it the smartest way possibly saving you money while also speeding up the mailing process in return.
Each card or letter will be processed through one of our Inkjet Systems and addressed in zip-code order. This is called CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) Certification. They will then be placed in trays, tagged and delivered to the United States Postal Service. At this point the mailing is complete and recipients will begin receiving the mail piece based on the method in which it was sent.

Keep In Mind: You DO NOT need to obtain a Non Profit Postage Indicia - this would be an additional yearly fee. Once registered you are locked in and can use any mail house’s permit indicia to mail Non Profit.
